SURVEY
Hello Emmanuel Family,
Emmanuel values relevance. It is one of the nine core values of our church. Although the message of the Gospel never changes, the methods to reach people for Jesus do. In an effort to better reach our changing community and serve our church family, the elders have created an extensive survey for you to complete.
Family, present and past, we need your full participation in this project. All of you together are Christ’s body, and each of you is a part of it (1 Corinthians 12:27 NLT). This tool is a great way for you to help shape Emmanuel as we recover from the pandemic years and begin reaching our community in greater ways through our new Family Life Center. We want to hear your heart on a broad range of topics that are relevant to Emmanuel’s ministry and day-to-day operations. Whether you attend Emmanuel currently, left to attend elsewhere, or no longer attend at all for any reason, your responses are valuable to us. Each one of you has a unique perspective, insight, and recommendations that can help us to become a better church in our community. I am asking each adult in your household who has attended to consider completing this survey before the end of December. If you have a middle or high school student who is involved at Emmanuel beyond the student ministry (by attending worship services and/or serving with a church ministry), they are encouraged to participate too. Consider it a few minutes invested in Emmanuel to improve our ministry outreach. Please don’t set this aside or think that others will provide all the insights we need. We want to hear from you specifically.
In the months ahead, the Elder Council will review the responses and use them to position Emmanuel to become more effective in giving everyone the best opportunity to become a fully developing follower of Jesus. This is your opportunity to help.
Your thoughtful input on this survey will enhance our efforts to be a healthy church both now and for years to come. Thank you in advance. We look forward to your responses.
